Items that are custom made or special ordered are non returnable nor refundable.
Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.
Most items are in stock and will ship within 5 business days. If items are back-ordered or made-to-order, please allow approximately 3 weeks to create due to the handmade jewelry process. Custom orders, however, will require a 2-4 week production time. Once custom pieces are in production, they cannot be canceled nor returned.
We ship USPS insured and offer Priority or Express Mail within the US. International orders are shipped via USPS International Air. Delivery charges are calculated depending on the shipping method and package value. Please refer to your order form for exact shipping charges, as they are calculated once an item is added to your cart.
All international orders are subject to import taxes, customs duties and brokerage fees levied by the destination country and the recipient is responsible for paying these fees. NS Inc has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. These fees are imposed by the receiving company and are based on the retail value of the invoice. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.
The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages (including return to sender fees). NS Inc is unable to provide refunds for international orders if a customer declines to pay the duties and the package is treated as abandoned or returned to sender. Any fees that NS Inc incurs in this or similar scenario will be billed to the recipient.
If there is a repair need or damage to your piece of jewelry, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, description of the repair required, and a photo of the damage. If we are able to repair your piece, we will issue you an RA number and shipping instructions. Repairs take approximately 2-4 weeks to complete depending on the nature of the repair. You will be responsible for shipping, and the cost of the repair will be determined upon communication of the damage.
Each piece is handmade with lots of love and time. Due to the nature of fine jewelry and gemstones, each piece should be handled with care. We highly suggest talking off your jewelry before washing your hands, showering, or doing any hard work, ensuring and preserving the quality of each piece. Please note ALL opal, pearl, and emerald pieces must be taken off when in any kind of water, to preserve the quality, as these are naturally a soft stone.
All sterling silver naturally oxidizes or tarnishes. Prolonged exposure to the air and your body’s natural chemistry can speed up this process for us. Avoid direct contact with showers, perfume, lotion, chlorine, and bleach. All silver jewelry should be stored in a little air-tight ziplock bag to help slow the oxidation process.
All ring sizes come in US sizing. Please be sure of your ring size when placing an order, almost every ring on the site can be made in any US ring size.

Each necklace can be made with any additional length extension. Please read the length of each necklace in the description to ensure it will fit. In the case you do need added length we can provide a length extension for an additional fee.
